PLAB enables international medical graduates from non-European countries to become a licensed medical practitioner in the UK. The exam is conducted by the General Medical Council(GMC) of UK.

No. However, it is recommended to have 1-year clinical experience before applying for PLAB exam as that ensures complete license at a later stage.
