5. Apply for admission Letter - Submit documents to the official representative in India and the company will process your documents and will get your admission letter from the University.

6. Apply for Invitation Letter & Visa - Once your passport is ready, apply for the Invitation letter, and once you receive an Invitation Letter apply for a visa.

Tickets and Domestic Transportation - After receiving your visa Book your tickets, If you have chosen a University in a city with International Airport its great that you can reach the university directly without thinking about domestic transportation. If you have chosen University in Town with a population less than 5 Lakh than there will be no international airport and thus you need to make arrangements for your domestic transfers as well.
8. Documentation and Admission Process at the University - Once you arrive at the University the official representative will help you in the admission process and hostel allotment. The hostel is always well furnished in “A” category cities and thus its always better to choose a better city for education.
